ADEOS opened the doors of its Redon plant duringIndustry Week, whichtook place from November 18 to 30, 2024.
This initiative, led by AJIR Bretagne, helps change the way the general public and young people view the industry and its professions through events held throughout France.
Showcasing Our Expertise During Industry Week
We at Passage utile two groups of job seekers on two separate occasions.
Over the course ofan hour and a half, we gave them a behind-the-scenes look at our industry. It was an opportunity to tour the production facilities and showcase our various professions through video profiles created for the event.
Highlighting the ADEOS Teams
In 2013, we had 18 employees; today, we have more than 100 people serving our clients and partners. Twenty-five percent of our workforce manages support services, and 75% work in production.
Both events were very well received; they provided a special opportunity to interact with all ADEOS employees.
