In 2013, Laurent ANEZOT-LALLEMAND joined the company as production manager, helping to develop the organization and production tools.
In 2019, Jacques FRANÇOIS, the company’s founder, gradually handed over the reins of ADEOS by appointing him Co-CEO.
Since 2023, Laurent ANEZOT-LALLEMAND has served as Chairman of ADEOS Group, which comprises ADEOS and LIVAD, with the goal of continuing the group’s industrial growth.

Certified by Enedis-EDF (formerly ERDF), certain ADEOS products meet the technical requirements applicable to electrical installations. In particular, the transformer substation door (or transformer room door) and the ADEOS Ventilation louver comply with the ST 64-S-34 standard, which serves as a benchmark in the field of equipment designed for electrical substations.
Several ADEOS products have also received favorable technical opinions, statements of suitability, and approvals issued by Enedis, attesting to their compliance and reliability for energy infrastructure.
